Religion From Another Standpoint
This audio assignment is meant to display my understanding of religion. As a person who went to church on Sunday mornings as a kid but never much more, I have a very limited knowledge of religion. For this assignment I started off reading more lighthearted verses from the New Testament, and eventually switching to Old Testament, with lines that were much more violent and oppressive. I wanted to represent how important understanding is in religion; how harmful the words can be when taken out of context, because when taken away from circumstances, the verses can be manipulated to other meanings.
