About Me:
My name is Hailey and I am a second year student majoring in studio art and minoring in history. I grew up in a small town off of Lake Simcoe, but also lived in Guelph part-time with my Dad. I live here now full-time and have four cats who are literally my children. I also enjoy music, reading, record stores, and coffee shops.
Why This Program?
I chose this program because I want to be an art and history teacher. I auditioned in grade 8 to get into my high school art program. Over four years, I met great people and was able to be creative everyday. One of my teachers changed my life by opening my eyes to a career in the arts.
Along with art, I have always had a fascination for history and the things that have shaped our present. I feel as though there are always new things to learn and new ways to expand your horizons.
