Video Assignment – Shuffled
Round Table
This is me shuffling from the original shoot. It has no sound but shows how dramatic our lighting setup was. I think that this is a great shot and would still want to incorporate it somehow.
Animation
For the animation, we decided on this clip of Taryn shuffling the cards. We each took a stab at it and found it very cool to see what we each came up with. I have never done animation before like this and so it was a great learning experience.
One Shot
For our one shot, we had a camera filming from above. We did this because it shows absolutely everything. It also conveys the building tension and fun that the game can bring.
Final Video
For our final video, we meshed together our playing, shuffling, and scrambling. Although our transitions may not be the cleanest, it shows how much can be done with a simple deck of cards.
